What this site is for
Instant COD is a Shopify-focused cash-on-delivery form and order workflow app. This public site combines product documentation with an editorial resource library for merchants who want clearer checkout, shipping, customer-detail, policy, and order-handling practices.
How we approach content
Articles are written to answer practical merchant questions in plain language. We aim to separate operational suggestions from claims that depend on a specific store, courier, market, or analytics setup. When an official platform reference is useful, we link to it directly.
About the app
The app lets merchants control COD form fields, storefront button text and appearance, success messaging, and related settings. For exact setup steps, use the App Guide and Installation Guide.
